Park Rules

Welcome to Oak Hill Mobile Home. These general rules outline what to expect when joining our community, though a formal lease agreement will be provided for your signature upon move-in.

Stay Options & Rate Adjustments

* We offer standard one-year agreements, which smoothly transition into flexible month-to-month arrangements after the first year.

* Lot rates are subject to adjustment after the initial year. All residents will receive at least a 30-day advance notice before any pricing changes take effect.

Billing & Utility Services

* Monthly rent is expected on the 1st of each month. We provide a grace period until the 5th, after which standard late fees apply.

* Oak Hill Mobile Home proudly covers water, sewer, and standard trash collection. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own electricity and internet connections.

Park Appearance & Upkeep

* To maintain a beautiful environment for everyone, we ask that all RVs and surrounding lots be kept neat, tidy, and free of clutter.

* Please consult with management before adding any structures, decks, outbuildings, or fencing to your site.

* Major vehicle repairs, oil changes, or dismantling of vehicles are not permitted on the grounds.

Community Standards & Pets

* Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM so all our residents can enjoy a restful night.

* We are a pet-friendly community. We simply require that pets remain leashed when outside and that owners promptly clean up after them.

* For the safety and peace of all residents, pets showing aggression or causing excessive, continuous noise will not be permitted to stay.

Safety, Insurance, & Liability

* Residents must maintain active registration and current liability/property insurance for their RVs and personal vehicles.

* While we strive to maintain a safe environment, Oak Hill Mobile Home is not responsible for theft, vandalism, acts of nature, or damage to personal property on the premises.

Move-Out Expectations

* We request a standard 30-day written notice when you are ready to move on to your next destination.

* Management reserves the right to terminate residency if park rules, rent payment schedules, or community safety standards are repeatedly ignored.
