The park sits on the Fort Worth Highway corridor between Hudson Oaks and Willow Park, about seven miles east of the courthouse square and a couple of minutes from I-20. Fort Worth is 25 miles east, which is why so many residents commute that direction and live this direction, where the money goes further.
HEB and Walmart stores are within a 5 min Drive!
Our recent community upgrades and hands-on site management have turned Oak Hill into a clean, quiet neighborhood where families can live.

A month of RV living here runs with water, sewer, and trash folded in. Most of our RV residents are working the I-20 corridor and wanted a quiet spot. If that sounds like you, give us a call. Newer rigs are preferred.

Moving a home is a real project. We put no limit on the home itself, we approve from exterior photos, and we use licensed transporters and installers only.

HousingWire has ranked Parker County the third-fastest-growing county in Texas, and the growth shows up in rent: the county median sits around $1,500 a month while a lot here is $625.
