How much is lot rent at Oak Hill?
$625 a month for a mobile home lot with a $500 deposit, and that includes water, sewer, and trash. Monthly RV lots are $475 with a $300 deposit.
Is there an application fee?
No. There's no application fee and no long form either. Send exterior photos of your home or RV.
Can I move an older mobile home into the park?
There's no age limit on homes here. Approval comes down to condition, judged from your exterior photos, and well-kept homes do fine. Set-up must be done by a TDHCA-licensed installer.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, with management approval. Dogs stay on a leash or behind a fence; however, livestock or farm animals aren't a fit for the park.
What school district is the park in?
Aledo ISD. Kids living at Oak Hill can attend Aledo schools, the same district that serves Aledo, Willow Park, and the Annettas.
Do you have mobile homes for rent?
The park owns some homes and all are rented. Text the office and we'll add you to the wait list for the next opening.
